Shipping & Returns

 

UK Shipping
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service and will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days of dispatch charged at a rate of £4.99 or receive free shipping on all orders when you spend £60.00 or over on UK orders only.

*Please note if you pay for your order through PayPal via e-cheque, your order will not be shipped out to you until the funds have cleared which can take up to 5 working days.

European Shipping
All EU orders are shipped via DPD using a tracked service and usually take between 3-5 working days from dispatch, charged at a rate of £14.00

 

USA & Rest of World Shipping
All International orders are shipped via DPD using a tracked service and usually take between 5-10 working days from dispatch, charged at a rate of £20.00

*Please note for all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. All custom charges and import tax will be payable by the customer and are not the responsibility of MINI•MAL. 

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you love your purchase from MINI•MAL but we understand sometimes things don’t work out, that's why we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an resealable condition, unused and with tags still attached. We do not provide free returns or exchanges therefore, all customers are responsible for the payment of their returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt. To start a returns or exchanges request, please email us as at support@mini-mal.co.uk with your order number and reason. Once approved, you’ll automatically receive a refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. Please allow a full 10 working days from refund date to receive your refund.
